Taipei is about to be blessed with some Overwatch action. This December, Blizzard will host four teams from the Overwatch Pacific Championship at the Blizzard Estadium in Taipei. These four teams will be defending their hometown honor:
- Blank Esports (BLK)
- Flash Wolves (FW)
- Hong Kong Attitude (HKA)
- Machi Esports (M17)
These teams will be facing off against four captains from North America and Europe. These captains will be assembling their own teams and leading them into battle.
- Dylan “aKm” Bignet (France)
- Joonas “zappis” Alakurtti (Finland)
- Liam “Mangachu” Campbell (Canada)
- Brian “Kephrii” St. Pierre (United States)
The Overwatch Heroes Rumble will take place over three days: December 15th through to the 17th. There’s honor, bragging rights, and the accolades from fans hanging on the line.
Blizzard has recently announced major changes to the Overwatch competitive ecosystem, including a global Contenders system in seven regions.
