The long wait for the Overwatch League has almost come to an end. With the league starting in just a month, Blizzard has decided it’s time to give us our first taste of the top level of Overwatch action with the Overwatch League preseason.
Preseason action will provide Overwatch fans the chance to see most of the league’s teams — with the exception of the Philadelphia Fusion — in action for the first time. For some fans it will give them a chance to root for a favorite team they may have already chosen, while others might still be on the fence with their allegiances, making the preseason the perfect time for teams to win over new fans before the season officially begins.
The preseason begins Wednesday, Dec. 6, at 7:00 p.m. EST and will continue throughout the weekend. The games will be broadcast live from Blizzard’s esports arena and can be seen on either overwatchleague.com or mlg.com.
