Blizzard has announced that Overwatch will once again be free to try on all three platforms later this month. From Feb. 16-19, anyone with a Playstation 4 and Playstation Plus, an Xbox One with Xbox Live, or a computer and a Battle.net account will be able to download and play Overwatch.
According to Blizzard’s announcement, all 26 heroes will be available to play as well as every map, in quick play, custom games and arcade mode. The free weekend will also give players the chance to level up their accounts in order to earn and open loot boxes as well. Should players decide to buy Overwatch after trying it for the weekend, all progress — and loot — earned will carry over to the full game.
This will also give interested players a chance to try the Year of the Dog Capture the Flag mode, which may be what they need to finally purchase the game.
The Overwatch free weekend will be available in most of the game’s major regions and goes live in North America at 11 a.m. PST/2:00 p.m. EST on Feb. 16.
