How to watch the United States qualifiers for the Overwatch World Cup

Team USA looks to advance to BlizzCon

It’s time for another weekend of qualifying action for the Overwatch World Cup. We already know two of the countries headed to BlizzCon and this weekend the top two finishers will join them in Anaheim later this year.

This stage of the Overwatch World Cup qualifiers will play host to a wide range of exciting teams including the United States, who will enter as the home town favorites and Canada who won’t be far behind in fans or talent.

Meanwhile, the rest of the teams aren’t exactly top tier, but there are some interesting underdogs that will be competing. For instance, Brazil’s national team is comprised of players from just two contenders teams while Switzerland’s team doesn’t have any. Similarly, team Austria is comprised almost exclusively of unknown players. Perhaps the most threatening team to the probable dominance of Team USA and Team Canada is the team from Norway which has a number of prominent EU Contenders players.

Just like the last qualifying round, all of this weekend’s games can be seen on the Overwatch Twitch channel.
